What is the Turnaround Time?
Turnaround Time is 5-7 Working Days, plus shipment time to your location

– This does not include holidays and weekends. 
– Production starts after we receive the order, art approved by our art department, and payment. 
– Artwork proofs sent for your approval do delay the start of production by 1-2 Days. 
– Ship time is additional and is typically 1-5 working days (depending on your location) after the order has been sent.
– During Golf Season (May-August) production time may be longer.
– All orders received after 1 PM CST will count for the next business day for calculating production time..

      This would make it more towards 5 Working Days:
              – Tee Text in Common imprint colors like Black, Blue, White
              – Simple text imprints over logos

      This would make it more towards 7 Working Days:
              – 2 color imprints & logos
              – Cup & Shank Imprints on tees
              – Logos that require more preparation

Standard Imprint Colors
Below are our standard imprint colors to choose from at no extra cost.  Please note, not every color ink will work on every color product, so if you have any questions please check the website or give us a call and we can help you out.

Shipping:

UPS Ground is our standard shipping method.   

Orders typically ship 5-7 working days from receipt of the order, payment and accepted artwork. 

Ship time is additional to Production Time, and does not include weekends and holidays. 
With Ground Shipping, delivery times can sometimes take a day longer than scheduled. 
For this reason, we cannot guarantee exact delivery dates with Ground Shipping. 

If you have a tight deadline, it may be wise to either choose “Rush Production” on your order, or expedite
your shipping by choosing Next Day, Second Day, or Third Day Shipping, which is guaranteed.

UPS does not deliver to PO Boxes.  Please provide a Physical Address for UPS Shipments.
Orders that ship Air, Expedited, To Alaska, Hawaii, Canada or International will have an additional charge.

Important notes: Please review that all contact and shipping details are correct .Once payment notification is received,
                                  the order is automatically sent to production, and any changes thereafter may incur additional fees.

* Please ensure the ship to address is accurate and complete with any Suite/Unit/Apt numbers.
All addresses corrected for delivery after shipment are subject to a correction fee of $32.00 per package,
in addition to all other costs for the shipment.  This is what UPS charges us.
